Storytelling is in my blood. It runs deep. A friend of mine said I could teach people to be radically honest and how to wake up from their stupor altogether. Not in an egotistical way but in a genuine curiosity about lifting the veil of illusion that makes many of us walk blindly through life collecting people, things and experiences all the while our deep emptiness never really filled - never even touching the sides of the void we seek to numb ourselves to.

Through immense loss, grief and pain I have spent my life confronting it all, determined to live a life built on truth and all the immense riches it brings.

Through the written and spoken word my sole intention is to share human experiences in all their vulnerability and inherent strength. My hope is that you learn that you are not alone in what you go through in this transient experience we call life.
