As I sat in a coffee shop in town finally putting my pen seriously on paper to try and get out of my years long funk, a guy at a table across the way from me said to his friend “if the next five years are like this, I won’t be happy.” It struck a chord, so much so I decided that it was worthy of one of the chapter titles in my book, Architecting Autumn. Serendipitous.
